Hot on the heals of the 1000 announcement the 700 has surfaced which has a release date 2 monts earlier than the 1000 with similar specs and a £299 price tag. It will be exclusive to the UK for the time being and will get a slighty better screen resolution and allegedly a 10.2" screen over the 10.1" on the 1000.
HP have announced a new version of the mini-note with the Atom CPU, XP or Linux, 8 - 16GB SSD or 160GB HDD. It retains a similar case as the 2133 but in a darker colour and gets a larger 10.1" screen.
No official release date has been given for the Mini-note but speculation from retailers is rife and now it seems Misco is first to the bat before even HP uk, currently they have the linux version in stock.
